I think if esignal ever ports to Mac OS, it would find a lot users and not much competition.

VMware + eSignal
It is important to really port to Mac OS X, not thru JAVA! Only using the native Mac OS environment, with lots of wonderful animations CoreImage, etc. For the pleasure of our eyes!

I would also appreciate an OS X port of eSignal 11 in the (hopefully not so distant) future. Currently I run eSignal via VMware, but the ideal solution would be, of course, running a native OS X version.
All Mac users: Please add your request for an OS X version to this thread. It will only happen if IDC sees that there is strong demand!

We have no short-term plans of porting eSignal 11 to OS X as we are in a phase of converting eSignal 10 to 11. That being said, this is certainly feasible given the technology we are using to create this new platform. Once we have our conversion projects completed, we'll be revisiting enhancement and compatibility requests such as this for a future release.

Will the new eSignal 11 support the Mac OS X? Our company wishes to move away from Windows completely and currently eSignal is preventing that.
